Most training courses cover one skill. A project needs more.
Project design, budgeting, delivery and evaluation are usually taught apart from each
other, often by people who only do one of them. In practice they are four stages of the
same project, and most problems show up when one stage hands off to the next. A
budget that no longer matches the design. A monitoring plan added after the work is
underway. A proposal the site cannot support.
These four courses follow one project from start to finish, so what happens between
stages is part of the material rather than something you work out on the job. Each course
is built around a working scenario and closes with something you can adapt to a live
project.

Each course runs about five hours and costs $125 on its own. Taken together as the certificate, the four cost $400.

That is the reason the scenarios feel like real projects rather than textbook cases.
