Overview

Managing a conservation project through its full life means steering through changing conditions, shifting donor relationships and the gap between what you promised and what the site allows. This course prepares practitioners for that full arc.

What you practice

Across five modules tied to a simulated project, you translate proposal documents into working, activity-based plans. You diagnose financial and operational risk across the project lifecycle, then apply scenario planning and adaptive management to hold progress when conditions change. You finish with a risk and uncertainty plan you can apply to a live project.
